To Sauce or Not To Sauce

That is the question.  The answer is all up to you.  We take great pride in our smoked products.  They have unique flavors all on their own.  Many of our customers choose not to add any sauce.  Some like to try different sauces on different meats.  We wouldn't dream of telling you how to sauce your BBQ.  So, we'll smoke the meat and make the sauce and you can decide how to mix them all up.
